Job mission: To be able to apply learning and gain work exoposure as a graduate in the ICSP department.
KPA duties
- Maintain customer relationships in the trade
- Escalate customer problems, queries and complaints to the correct area of business / channel
- Prepare weekly and monthly report on key performance areas
- Work consistently according to standard operational procedures
- Creating MTN's brand presence continuously by growing MTN’s influence at store and customer level in the regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Escalations of SP queries
- Ensuring store lists are updated
ISO 9001:
- Compile monthly report
- Ensure that the department is ISO 9001 compliant.
- Meetings with the Department on a monthly to ensure ISO 9001 complaisance
- Follow up on Open CARS when the Timelines provided have lapsed.
- Ensure that regional spending remains within budget parameters
- Monitor promotional success against targets and identify opportunities for account / region specific promotions
- Implement and monitor regional account plans
- Define and manage day to day execution of sales and service processes for region
- Implement PPP’s and systems at sales and service levels to ensure compliance and alignment to the set operational framework for region.
- Handle customer queries
- Report on achievement of monthly sales targets
- Plan workload and team resource allocation
- Ordering promo goods (for the channel or for Belinda)
- Ordering of Birthday gifts for the SP Directors/GMs
- Meeting Minutes
- Act as a custodian of the retail sales operations teams
- Forecast, plan, develop and review budget for all regions
- Manage and optimize the budget – effective budget management
- Initiate change to continuously improve all aspects of service delivery

- Analyze current process within ICSP and continuously improve work standards
Educational requirements
- Relevant 3 year Degree with Business Analysis as a subject
