A placement with the Kimberly-Clark of South Africa business means you will be working with well-known and respected household brands such as Baby-Soft; Kleenex and Huggies, which are respectively number one and two in our local market.

This programme is designed to not only provide graduates with experience in the sales and marketing function within Kimberly-Clark, but also experience across other key functions. Based at our Bedfordview office, you will join the team responsible for developing and marketing these brands to our key customers on a daily basis. Throughout the two-year programme, sales and marketing graduates are rotated within departments to gain exposure to a variety of roles. The programme involves assignments in sales, marketing, market research, advertising, media, finance and manufacturing, as well as field sales, category analysis and customer management.

How do we select marketing graduates?
- Successful applicants for the marketing graduate program are degreed students qualified in marketing, ideally with relevant business experience and excellent university results.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, together with the commitment and passion that is required to pursue a marketing career with a successful manufacturing company.

Definitions:

Internship:

There are basically two types of internships:

  • The Undergraduate Internship: Usually with bigger organisations that pick undergraduates to attend the internship.
