This position is based in Pretoria.

Description: The person will be responsible for effective provision of general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with invoice processing
- Assist with Creditors reconciliation
- Assist with foreign payment processing
- Assist Inventory Controller with WH reconciliation
- Assist Inventory Controller with scrap reconciliation
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist with Ad hoc responsibilities.
- Filing

Qualifications: BCom in Accounting / Degree in Accounting

- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Problem solving skills
- Team player

Definitions:

Internship:

There are basically two types of internships:

  • The Undergraduate Internship: Usually with bigger organisations that pick undergraduates to attend the internship. In-service training is to gain practical work experience during studies. It usually takes place after a few years of theory has been successfully completed. It is essential work experience that is part of the qualification and the in-service training is necessary to achieve the qualification. It could be paid or unpaid.
